Project overview
BigOh Tech had taken on DigiLawyer, a consumer legal platform for India, with no design function behind it. No owner, no shared language across surfaces, and three products to stand up at once: a B2B dashboard for legal teams, a B2C service website, and a shared application both sides depended on. I came in as the founding product designer and took all three from concept to launch in three months, then held the product area for the next two years.
Project process
The constraint was breadth, not depth. Three surfaces, one designer, and a launch date. I worked surface by surface but kept the decisions shared: one information architecture, one interaction language, one set of patterns that could carry a dashboard and a consumer site without either feeling borrowed from the other. Later work went into the parts that showed measurable friction. I ran heat-map and funnel analysis in PostHog, Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics, then rebuilt the product detail, product listing and search results pages against what the data showed rather than what we assumed.
Final result
The B2B dashboard, the B2C service website and the shared application all launched within three months. The rebuilt PDP, PLP and search pages lifted monthly active users 22% month over month from a 20.8K baseline. I remained sole design owner of the product area for over two years, and the design system that came out of it now runs 14 projects.
